For the past 16 years, I've been art directing photoshoots across travel, luxury, and fashion. About 8 years ago I started picking up the camera myself, and that's when I fell in love with film.
I started photographing my own family 5 years ago, and now I want to do the same for others. Film has this quality that feels both nostalgic and completely real, specifically those in-between moments: a glance, a laugh, a quiet second between two people, which I find incredibly moving. My approach is simple: I show up, I watch, and I let things unfold. For the time we're together, my job is to capture the moments you'd want to hold onto forever. The ones that actually happened, not the ones that were staged. I shoot entirely on film, which keeps things present and unhurried. I know what a real moment looks like, and I know how to catch it without interrupting it.
